How to register
We are a growing practice and we welcome new patients who live within our practice area. Please use the link above to fill in the new patient online form, and we will have you registered within 72 hours. There may be times when we need to contact you to clarify your details, making the registration time longer.
All patients are assigned a “named GP” when registered. Patients can express a preference as to which GP they are assigned to should they wish to. This does not mean you can only see this doctor.
Practice Area
If you would like to check whether you are resident within our Practice area and so eligible to register with us a Practice then please enter your postcode below.
For existing patients who move
We are able to keep you registered here if you move out of our practice boundary area to another Sussex postcode. You will not be able to request a Home visit and many essential NHS community based services will not accept you.
If you do not have access to the internet to complete an online registration form, you can visit the practice during opening hours and request the forms to register with us as a new patient.

Non-English Speaker
These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.
Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.

Disabled Patient Facilities
Disabled patient facilities are also available at this practice.
We are wheelchair accessible with a ramp, automatic entry door, lift and disabled toilet. We have a loading bay at the front of the building and there are parking places nearby.
We have a hearing loop – please ask at reception.
We have a video BSL service available.
Proxy Access / Linked Profiles
As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access online services for someone else using linked profiles. This is also sometimes called having proxy access. It needs to be set up by the GP surgery where you and the other person are both registered. More information can be found on the NHS website.
The surgery controls what you can do within a linked profile depending on the level of access permitted by the patient. You may be able to book appointments, order repeat medications or view some or all of their GP health record.
Please contact the practice for more information on this.
