Do you care for a loved one who would struggle to manage without your support?
As defined by NHS England:
addiction, and cannot cope without their support.”
If this sounds like you, we understand how demanding this role can be. Caring for another person often leaves little time to care for yourself. However, your health and wellbeing are important too.
By letting us at Charter Medical Centre know about your caring responsibilities, we can work to better support your health and wellbeing, in light of your caring role. With your consent, we can also connect you with The Carers Centre for Brighton & Hove, a local charity, who
provide dedicated support for unpaid carers.
