Staying Well in Brighton & Hove
Staying Well services in Sussex offer support to people who are experiencing a self-defined mental health crisis (for example, you feel unable to cope, are worried you may hurt yourself or somebody else and/or are experiencing suicidal feelings).
You can refer yourself directly to a Staying Well Service in Brighton & Hove, Crawley, Eastbourne, Hastings and Worthing, and access the service alongside any care you might be receiving. Information about how to access the individual services are detailed below.
Staying Well services are run as as partnership between the NHS and voluntary sector partners in Sussex.
