Pension aged people 66 years old+
Brighton and Hove City Council are able to provide extra support to pension age people (66+) struggling with the cost of energy bills and food this winter. You can apply for support online at https://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/request-help-and-support or contact the Community Hub at communityhubhelp@brighton-hove.gov.uk or call them on 01273 293 117 (option 2).
Energyworks
Is a partnership project run by Citizens Advice Brighton & Hove and Brighton & Hove Energy Services Coop (BHESCo). Advice and support to help local residents reduce energy bills and make homes warmer, including free home visits with energy saving kit (eligibility criteria apply), energy advice, supplier negotiation, income maximisation and onwards referrals. Fuel vouchers are available to top up prepayment meters and the service can also help access financial support from other sources.
To refer yourself or someone else, choose one of the following options:

- Call the Energyworks voicemail service on 0333 090 9150. Leave a message and they will aim to call back the same day or as soon as possible after this.
