Repeat Prescription requests

Patients on continuing courses of treatment are issued with computerised repeat prescription slips.

When ordering further courses of treatment use the repeat slips, ticking the items you require. Alternatively, you can fax your request to us on 220883 or order online.  (See the EMIS Access link below.)

Please allow us two working days to process your request and enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you would like the prescription to be posted back to you.

Please note that we are unable to take repeat requests over the telephone.

Pharmacy

There is an independent on-site pharmacy which is open from 8.00 am to 1pm and 2pm to 6.30pm.
