Repeat Prescription requests

Patients on continuing courses of treatment (called repeat medications) are issued with computerised repeat prescription order forms. When ordering further courses of treatment please tick the items you require on your repeat order form.

Ordering your prescription:

• Post your repeat order form in the red post box in the waiting room OR
   
• Fax your request to us on 220883 OR
   
• Order online. (See the EMIS Access link below.) OR
   
• Many local pharmacists deliver repeat order forms and collect prescriptions from us every day

Please note that we are unable to take repeat requests over the telephone.

Please allow us two full working days to process your request

Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you would like the prescription to be posted back to you.

Please note: If no pharmacy is specified prescriptions will not be passed to a pharmacy for dispensing.

Pharmacy

There is an independent on-site pharmacy which is open from 8.00 am to 1pm and 2pm to 6.30pm. (8.00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
