CHILDREN'S HEALTH VISITORS

Children's health visitors are specialist nurses who give advice to families with young children. They are based at Children’s Centers which offer a range of specialist services for families as part of the Sure Start Community Under 5's Teams.
Your local children's centre is allocated according to where you live but most of our patients will be allocated to Conway Court Clinic and Children's Centre, Hove.

The midwives hold regular antenatal clinics at our surgery. Your midwife will provide advice, support and information during your pregnancy from 6 -10 weeks and up to 28 days after your baby is born. They work with your doctor to make sure that you and your baby remain healthy.
COMMUNITY NURSING TEAM (DISTRICT NURSES)
The Community nurses provide nursing care for patients in their own homes. They are based at Conway Court Clinic in Hove during the day.
