Children's health visitors are specialist nurses who give advice to families with young children. They are based at Children’s Centers which offer a range of specialist services for families as part of the Sure Start Community Under 5's Teams.
Your local children's centre is allocated according to where you live but most of our patients will be allocated to Conway Court Children's Centre.

Our attached midwives hold regular antenatal clinics. Your midwife will work in conjunction with your doctor to ensure that you and your baby remain healthy. She will be involved throughout your pregnancy from 6 -10 weeks and up to 28 days after your baby is born. Your midwife will provide advice, support and information to enable you to make informed decisions in relation to issues affecting your pregnancy.
COMMUNITY NURSING TEAM (DISTRICT NURSES)
The Community nurses provide nursing care for patients in their own homes.
