Phil Plunkett is the Practice Manager. He can help you with any administrative or non-medical aspect of your health care and is assisted by a team of receptionists and administrators. Lucy Albu, Systems Administrator, may deputise in his absence.

RECEPTION TEAM

We have a large reception team who deal with all patient enquiries; in addition to the two receptionists who may be present at the front desk, we usually have up to three further receptionists dedicated to answering calls in our telephone room upstairs, plus a further receptionist answering the Home Visit line.

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

The administrative team work on many aspects of medical administration including typing referrals, recall for chronic diseases, updating and maintaining medical records on the computer and keeping your address details up to date.
