Cardiac annual review

All patients with a history of heart/vascular disease, including heart failure, atrial fibrillation, strokes and peripheral vascular disease are invited for an annual review with one of our nurses. You will be asked to have a blood test beforehand and the nurse will ensure that your medication is up to date.
