We provide a service
that enables you access to your
healthcare online.
Once you've created an account you
can book appointments with your
doctor, book blood tests, request
repeat prescriptions, send messages
to your practice, and update your
personal information via EMIS
Access.
NOTE: you should only book a blood
test if you have been asked to do so
by a doctor or nurse.
You can make any routine appointment
with a doctor into a telephone
consultation by writing TELEPHONE
and YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER in the
space provided when you book.
To register for this service you
will need to bring photographic
proof of ID to the reception front
desk.
